Who we are
Grid to Chip is operated by Vostad Labs Pvt. Limited, GF No 7/27, South Cross Street, Neelasandra, Bangalore North, Bangalore, Karnataka 560047, India (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described here.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us through the forms on this site: your name, work email address, organisation, role or job title, the market or summit you are interested in, the pass or product you are requesting, and any message you write. We do not collect payment card details on this site.
Why we use it
We use these details to reply to your request, to process a registration or an access request, to send you the Briefing if you asked for it, and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not use them for any other purpose.
Where it is stored and who processes it
Form submissions are sent to us by email through a third-party email delivery service acting on our instructions and are kept in our mailboxes. The Briefing is sent through an email service acting on our instructions. These providers process your data only to provide those services to us.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We do not share delegate, subscriber or Briefing lists with partners, sponsors or any other organisation. We disclose personal data only to the service providers above, or where the law requires it.
Cookies
This site sets only the cookies needed for it to work. We measure visits with an analytics service that does not use cookies and does not identify you. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.
Retention
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to deal with your request and to keep a record of our correspondence, and Briefing subscriptions until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and withdraw consent to the Briefing at any time by replying ‘unsubscribe’ to any issue or writing to info@vostad.com. Depending on where you are, you may have further rights under local law; we will honour them.
Changes
If we change this page, we update the date at the top. Changes that affect how we use data you have already given us are notified by email.
